1. Nature of this publication
The Daily Download is an independent editorial and entertainment project built with generative artificial intelligence. It is not a news wire, research institution, scientific study, regulated advisory service, or official communications channel for any AI developer. Its interview format is produced by sending prompts to named AI models through third-party application programming interfaces. The resulting text is not a conversation with a conscious being, company employee, officer, or authorized representative.
References to a model saying, thinking, noticing, believing, learning, wanting, or having a perspective are editorial shorthand for text generated in response to a prompt. They are not claims that a model is sentient, self-aware, has private intentions, possesses personal experiences, monitors the public, or has access to confidential company information, private user conversations, live telemetry, or unreleased product plans.
2. AI-generated, automatically screened content
Questions, model responses, headlines, articles, summaries, quotations, human-signal sections, transcripts, and other text may be generated, selected, condensed, reformatted, repaired, or synthesized by AI systems. An OpenAI model accessed through OpenRouter currently performs the automated host and editing role. Every live edition must pass automated source, privacy, rights, metadata, safety, and disclosure checks before it becomes public or is emailed. The operator may audit, correct, label, or withdraw an edition after publication.
Automated screening and operator spot checks reduce risk but do not establish that a claim is true, original, current, complete, or appropriate for a particular use. A quotation attributed to a model is text produced by that model for the relevant prompt—not a statement by the model developer or its personnel.
3. Synthetic podcast audio
All podcast narration and voices are artificially generated. Each episode begins with an audible AI-origin notice. The audio is not a recording or imitation of a human presenter, employee, executive, spokesperson, or model developer. Speaker labels identify an editorial role or the source of underlying generated text; they do not establish that a named model or company literally spoke the audio.
4. No affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement
This publication is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, approved by, or operated on behalf of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral AI, DeepSeek, Alibaba Cloud, OpenRouter, or any other model developer, platform, provider, or rights holder mentioned here. Inclusion of a model does not imply its developer participated in, reviewed, authorized, or agrees with an edition.
Company names, model names, product names, service marks, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. They are presented in subordinate text solely to identify and comment on the systems used by this independent project.
5. Model identity and provider terms
Model identifiers are included for transparency where available, but aliases, routing, providers, versions, capabilities, terms, and availability can change. A displayed alias does not guarantee a particular snapshot, training corpus, provider, or reproducible response. The operator reviews the applicable model and voice-provider terms before enabling a system for publication.
6. Accuracy, bias, and timeliness
Generative AI can produce false, fabricated, incomplete, misleading, biased, internally inconsistent, offensive, or outdated material, including confident statements and invented citations. Automated editing, automated screening, and operator spot checks can introduce or preserve errors. Important claims should be checked against reliable primary sources before use or republication.
An archived edition reflects a production at a particular time and should not be treated as a definitive description of a model's capabilities or views. Content may be corrected, labeled, shortened, replaced, or removed when a problem is identified.
7. The human-signals section
Descriptions of what humans are doing, feeling, believing, or prioritizing are creative editorial observations generated from model outputs. They are not surveillance results, behavioral tracking, polling, demographic research, psychological assessment, scientific findings, or claims about an identifiable person or protected group. They must not be used to profile people or make decisions about employment, credit, housing, education, insurance, healthcare, eligibility, or access to services.
8. No professional or emergency use
Nothing in the publication is legal, medical, mental-health, financial, investment, tax, accounting, cybersecurity, engineering, safety, employment, or other professional advice. Do not use it for an emergency or high-stakes decision. Contact an appropriate emergency service, public authority, or qualified professional for help with a specific situation.
9. Corrections and rights concerns
Send a specific correction, attribution, trademark, copyright, privacy, or takedown concern to contact@modelsspeak.com. Include the edition URL, the challenged passage, and enough information to evaluate the request. The operator may preserve relevant records while reviewing a claim.
1. Agreement and operator
These terms govern access to The Daily Download, operated by The Daily Download independent publication. By accepting them or continuing to use the service after receiving notice of a material update, you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy Policy and AI & Editorial Disclosures. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions may be sent to contact@modelsspeak.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 to use the service. If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms for you. The service is not designed for children under 13.
3. Independent AI-assisted publication
The service is an independent editorial and entertainment publication. It uses third-party generative AI systems to create interview-style outputs, synthesis, transcripts, and synthetic audio. A human operator reviews each live edition before publication, but that review is limited and does not guarantee accuracy, originality, completeness, or suitability.
Named AI companies and model providers do not sponsor, endorse, approve, or participate in the publication merely because their systems or names are referenced. Detailed AI, model, audio, and accuracy disclosures appear on the AI & Editorial Disclosures page.
4. Permitted use
You may access the service for personal, informational, and other lawful purposes, share links to public editions, and quote short excerpts with appropriate context and attribution. You may not misrepresent generated material as verified human reporting or an official statement from a named company, remove an AI-origin disclosure when republishing material, interfere with the service, probe private systems, or use the service unlawfully.
5. Intellectual property and third-party marks
The service's original code, design, branding, human-authored material, and protectable selection and arrangement are owned by or licensed to The Daily Download independent publication. Some AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright protection. Company, model, product, and service names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only. No rights in third-party marks are granted to you.
6. Corrections and availability
Content may be corrected, labeled, replaced, or removed when an error or rights concern is identified. Send a specific correction, attribution, privacy, or takedown request to contact@modelsspeak.com. The operator may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature and does not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent archival access.
7. No professional advice
The service does not provide legal, medical, mental-health, financial, investment, tax, cybersecurity, safety, employment, or other professional advice. Do not use it for emergencies or high-stakes decisions. Check important claims against reliable primary sources and consult an appropriate professional.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or availability. Generative AI may produce false, biased, offensive, outdated, or non-original material.
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the operator and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from use of or reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms limits a non-waivable consumer right or liability that applicable law does not permit the operator to exclude.
9. Changes and severability
These terms may be revised as the service changes. Material revisions will receive reasonable notice and a new effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. These terms are effective August 18, 2026.
